Brandsite had the opportunity to develop a bespoke, modern, and functional e-commerce solution for one of Latvia’s leading moving companies. The platform combines structured content with a tailored e-commerce solution for box rentals, the purchase of moving supplies, and CRM integration.

The project’s main objective was to create a user-friendly platform that brings moving service enquiries, box rentals, and product purchases together in one place. The solution was also designed for the company’s administrator and marketing specialist, automating everyday manual processes within a unified system.

A custom moving service enquiry form was developed, allowing customers to select the required services quickly and clearly. The website also features automated email notifications, CRM integration, and Google API address autocomplete, ensuring easier communication, more accurate data entry, and efficient customer information management.

A custom e-commerce and moving boxes rental solution was developed, combining functionality of allowing customers to rent and purchase various products within a single cart and a single order process. Customers can choose delivery or local pickup, as well as complete payments online.

The website also includes multiple individual upsell strategies designed to encourage users to choose the company’s core service - moving with a professional team - while simultaneously increasing additional purchases and rentals of storage boxes and packaging materials.

The website includes a user-friendly administration panel where the administrator and marketing manager can independently edit content, manage products, monitor orders, and track payment statuses. This allows the platform to be easily maintained and updated on a daily basis without additional technical involvement.

The design was developed according to the company’s established brand guidelines in cooperation with one of the leading business branding companies in Latvia – Asketic and Miķelis Baštiks who also created the Brand visuals and guidelines for brand Vedam. Custom illustrated icons tailored to the brand identity were created to clearly communicate services and maintain a consistent visual style throughout the website. The platform was developed in three languages - Latvian, English, and Russian to cover local market here in Baltic States.
