A scalable multi-market website ecosystem for 3 markets
The Roofmaster Baltic web ecosystem brings Roofmaster.lv, Roofmaster.lt and Roofmaster.ee together in a unified multisite architecture with five language versions. Brandsite covered the full digital project cycle - information architecture, sitemap, SEO and content strategy, copywriting, custom UX/UI design, WordPress multisite development, technical SEO and Bitrix24 CRM integration.
Instead of building each domain as a separate website, Brandsite developed a unified multisite system. It keeps brand elements, site logic and administration consistent, while allowing content to be adapted to each market and language.
Results: 3 markets · 5 languages · SEO from ~30th position to Top 5 · 4 months of development

From website enquiry to a qualified B2B sales process
The Roofmaster website is the starting point of the sales journey. Since B2B orders can involve high values, custom specifications, large volumes, and commercial negotiations, a standard e-commerce checkout process would not reflect the actual purchasing process.
Instead, we designed custom enquiry and order-request flows that collect customer information, product or service requirements and relevant order data in a structured format. This helps the sales team receive the right information before continuing the conversation.
Submitted data is transferred directly to Bitrix CRM, where it becomes part of Roofmaster’s internal sales process. Automated emails confirm the initial submission, while follow-up communication and opportunity management continue in the CRM.
This approach avoids duplicating customer data in a separate website dashboard and positions the websites as an effective acquisition and conversion layer connected to the operational sales database.

Before and after
Roofmaster moved from a fragmented website presence to one connected Baltic-market architecture: three domains, five language versions, shared brand components and synchronized request data. The new structure supports market-specific content without duplicating administration, while its SEO-ready architecture helped improve average search positions from approximately 30th place to the Top 5.

From page 30 to the Top 5 Google
The new ecosystem was designed with organic visibility as a core business objective, not as an afterthought following launch.
SEO was considered from the very beginning of the project—in the website architecture, sitemap, content structure, page hierarchy, technical implementation, and market-specific content tailored to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Following the launch and optimisation of the new websites, Roofmaster’s average search positions improved from approximately 30th place to the Top 5.
This turned the website redesign into more than a visual or technical upgrade. The new platform became a significantly stronger organic acquisition channel across Roofmaster’s target markets.
