Centralized platform for member management and certification
The platform was developed for the Latvian Massage Association to centralize member registration, course enrollment, and certification management in one system. It allows users to apply for membership, access their personal profiles, track certifications, and manage their professional development in a structured and transparent way. The system supports multiple user roles, including non-registered users, supporting members, and full members with subscription-based access. Registration and application flows are handled through structured forms, with administrative approval required before full access is granted, ensuring controlled onboarding and data validation.

Automated learning and subscription system
The platform integrates with LearnDash to deliver structured educational content and certification logic. Users can enroll in courses, complete tests, and automatically receive certificates upon reaching defined completion thresholds. All issued certificates are stored within the user profile.
A subscription system is implemented, allowing members to manage and renew their memberships directly from their profiles. The platform also supports automated workflows, including email notifications and status updates, reducing manual administration and ensuring a smooth user experience across all stages.

Integrated ecosystem with maps and external services
In addition to its core functionality, the platform includes several integrated tools for users. An interactive map makes it easy to find certified specialists by location, while the calendar system provides a clear overview of courses, events, and training sessions. The platform also features integrations with Printify and the HubSpot CRM system. The result is a scalable and flexible digital environment that supports the organisation’s daily operations and long-term development.
