AI document platform
NewLawyer.ai is an AI-powered legal document platform that combines a lawyer-created document library with an automated document generation experience crafted by entrusted lawyers. The main goal of the project was to design a modern, intuitive, and trustworthy platform UX UI interface that makes complex legal document creation simple and accessible for a wider audience.
The platform design was developed with a strong focus on user experience, structured document selection, and a clear step-by-step document generation process. Users can browse document categories, complete the required information, and manage their documents within a unified system.

UX/UI design
A complete UX/UI design system was created for the platform, including the homepage, document library, pricing plans, authentication screens, user account area, and document generation views. The interface was designed to help users easily navigate large amounts of information while maintaining a professional and technologically modern visual identity.
In addition to the visual interface design, we also participated in structuring the platform’s user flows and processes. User journey scenarios were created in Figma to define document purchase, subscription, and document generation flows, ensuring the platform experience remains intuitive and logically structured.
Special attention was given to conversion-focused user flows — from document discovery to subscription plan selection and account creation. Various UI components and structured content sections were implemented to simplify the perception of otherwise complex legal processes.
Visual identity
The design was developed using a modern and minimal visual style that combines technology-focused aesthetics with the legal industry’s professional tone. A consistent component system, custom interface elements, and a clear typography hierarchy were created to ensure a cohesive experience throughout the platform.
The platform design was developed responsively across different devices and adapted for a multilingual environment, providing a seamless experience for both individual users and businesses.
