Real estate properties in Spain for sale
A company offering various types and budget of real estate properties for sale in Spain, helping people from abroad to form all the permits, and gives consultations how to fulfill the property buying process as smooth as possible. Our task was to develop the real estate listing system with infrastructure object integrations, individual categorisation, and filters, as well to create slick and modern design with touch of culture of Spain.

Showcase infrastructure
The most challenging task was to develop the infrastructure system that showcases what objects are around each real estate object, ranging from bus stops and schools to golf clubs and mountain resorts. The objects are presented on the map surrounding each property location. Spain has a complex district and region system that is hard to understand for customers from abroad, but we made it simple and easy both in the admin dashboard and for the customers.
Properties in Spain
Precisely and specifically depicted information about each property enables efficient exploration of multiple objects, accompanied by a curated list of preferred properties. Additionally, the provision to share selected properties streamlines communication between clients and sellers, fostering seamless interaction.
The website has been developed in 9 languages, we thought about optimizing the description management of each property to streamline future translation efforts. Furthermore, the customer has meticulously defined various categories to effectively organize the properties based on their extensive experience working with international clients.
